Armfield recognise that in carrying out its operations, effective management of the quality of works will, to a degree, eliminate a large proportion of unnecessary wastage on site.

Quality control measures will be put in place extending through from design review, ordering of materials, monitoring of installations, to completion of works, with experience showing that the best route to achieving quality on any project is not through paperwork systems but by practical monitoring throughout the works.

Every member of the project team will be involved in ensuring that quality standards are set, managed and adhered to throughout the project.

From the outset, each trade will be inspected in order to set the standard for the project with the Site Manager monitoring and vigorously enforcing those standards throughout.

Many traditional inefficiencies of the construction process are eliminated through the collaborative working practices of partnering.

By ensuring all parties are working together and sharing their expertise from the inception of the project, focused on the end users requirements, a culture is developed for working in the most efficient manner possible.

Our in depth experience in carrying out work of a similar nature, means that our key staff are skilled in identifying any potential difficulties and offering innovative solutions, thereby ensuring that these potential difficulties are dealt with effectively.
